Job Description: 
Technical Business Manager  
We are seeking a versatile technical business manager with a strong understanding of IT financials and experience managing delivery of strategic projects. The technical business manager will report to the Chief Architect and work closely with business and technology partners to manage execution of solutions supporting our global workforce and commercial banking businesses. The business manager will be responsible for status reporting, financial plan & budget management, initiative planning, project management deliverables, and resource managing team engagements. The right candidate will work well in a small dynamic team environment and will be eager to expand his or her knowledge and technical skills. The business manager will work on project engagements, collaborate with team members, and actively participate in design, planning and project execution activities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Key Responsibilities: 
• Lead business management session to help our clients understand the benefits of IT solutions, implementation options, and business process impacts
• Work with various IT groups and business resources to develop the Technical Solution, Project Plan, and Resource Estimates to complete the joint solution
• Assist in developing the overall value proposition for the proposed deal
• Plan, coordinate, and/or participate in specific business development opportunities.
• Oversee delivery of concurrent projects throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Prepare project status reports, financial plans, and other artifacts required to navigate internal and external processes associated with solution delivery
• Help establish project staffing and governance, assist with project plan development, coordinate project kick-off activities
• Help coordinate support, perform project reviews, troubleshoot project issues
• Coordinate reviews of third party vendor products and service in key delivery areas, to craft the solution
• Provide written documentation, including the technical solution, roles and responsibilities, value proposition, and the cost case
• Participate in preparation of proposal presentations; and present and explain the proposed solution to the customer
• Assist in completing the development, negotiation, approval, and management of internal processes.
Required Competencies & Experience: 
• At least 5 years’ experience in defining solution, project roadmap, estimating, determining resource requirements, and defining delivery models
• At least 5 years’ experience in driving asset based solutions and delivery
• At least 2 years’ experience in demonstrating strong executive presence and managing CxO level relationships
• Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• History of client-orientation, ability to partner with a variety of teams to achieve goals
• Brings clarity and progress to topics despite being given incomplete or conflicting requirements
• Highly self-directed – Works well independently or on a team
• Able to work effectively on multiple projects concurrently, when necessary
• Domain knowledge of leasing and leasing systems is a plus
